Products may be returned within 7 days after delivery if they meet the conditions below.
RETURN CONDITIONS
• Item must be unused and unworn
• Original tags and packaging must remain intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return requests must be approved before sending products back
• Unboxing video may be required for damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective orders
UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
For damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective item claims, customers may be asked to provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not qualify for refund or replacement.
DAMAGED / WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your order is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.
